Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mainmarket.com and its related newsletters, websites, and products (together, the "Services"), operated by Mainmarket, Inc. ("Mainmarket," "we," "us," or "our"). Mainmarket is a media company that produces and delivers email newsletters across a range of brands and niches, including Mainmarket Sports. By subscribing to a newsletter, visiting our sites, entering a promotion, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to subscribe to our newsletters. Certain features, including contests, sweepstakes, and other promotions, require you to be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). What We Provide

Where a newsletter offers sports predictions, fantasy guidance, statistics, or similar analysis, it reflects opinion and is not a guarantee of any result. Subscriptions

Our newsletters are free. When you subscribe, you agree to receive the newsletter you signed up for along with related editorial and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will stop sending you that newsletter. Unsubscribing does not delete information we have already collected, which is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Your Preferences

Contests, Sweepstakes & Promotions

Sports and fantasy content is provided for entertainment. Mainmarket does not operate a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not guarantee any outcome, prize, or result.

Advertising, Sponsors & Affiliate Links

Our Services are supported by advertising. Newsletters and websites may include advertisements, sponsored content, and affiliate links, and we may receive compensation when you view content, click a link, or make a purchase. We work to identify sponsored content, but the inclusion of any advertisement or link is not an endorsement, and your dealings with any advertiser or third party are solely between you and them.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Team names, league names, player names, and other third-party trademarks referenced in our content belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Links & Content

Our Services may link to or reference third-party websites, products, and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party, and your use of a third-party site is governed by that party's own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content, prediction, statistic, or analysis is accurate, complete, or current. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or on our sites. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
